Terms of Service

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Artifaktory GmbH. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

We provide digital solutions including web development, mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and IT consulting. The specific scope of services is defined in individual project agreements.

The client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the execution of the project in a timely manner. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. All prices are subject to the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations. The amount of liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.
